Razvanboar sprays a pneumatically applied shotcrete shell over a steel rebar cage, which lets us shape any depth, curve, tanning ledge, raised spa, or vanishing edge you design. It is the standard for a full custom pool because the structure is formed on site, not molded in a factory.

Our Process

We stage the build through layout and excavation, the steel rebar cage, plumbing rough-in, the sprayed shell, tile and coping, the deck, and the interior finish before startup. The perimeter deck ties into the NEC 680.26 equipotential bonding grid, and every drain cover meets the ANSI/PHTA/ICC-7 standard. A full gunite build runs longer than a resurface because each stage has to cure and inspect in sequence.
